How many friends can I send $100 credit to?
You can refer up to 2 friends at a time using the form. However, you can fill out the form as many times as you like, so there's no limit to how many friends you can refer.
What do my friends receive?
Your friends will receive a $100 credit to use at Carolina Age Management Institute .
What do I receive for referring my friends?
For every friend who redeems their $100 credit, you will receive a $100 credit to your Carolina Age Management Institute account.
How will I know if my friend has redeemed their voucher?
You will receive an email and text notification as soon as your friend redeems their voucher with a verification code you can show to the front desk at your next appointment.
How can I check how much credit I have?
You'll receive text and email notifications whenever one of your referrals redeems their credit. Additionally, we securely store all credit receipts in your profile. We can verify these for you at your appointment, and you can choose to use or save as many as you'd like.
Can I refer friends who don’t live in the local area?
This program is designed for local referrals. Please refer friends and family members who are within the area.
How many times can I use my credit?
Each $100 credit can be redeemed one time, but there are no limits to how many credits you can earn!
Can I use multiple $100 credits at the same appointment?
Yes, you can use as many at the same appointment as you want.
Is there a limit to how much credit I can earn?
No, there is no limit to how much credit you can earn. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you receive!
How do I fill out the referral form?
Open your contacts app on your phone, scroll through, and choose up to 2 friends or family members. Enter their details in the form and submit. If you only want to send to one friend, simply enter their information and press "Skip" for the rest.
How long will this referral program be available?
